My room, while spacious, lacked some expected amenities like extra towels and toiletries. The Wi-Fi was irregular, which made it frustrating to plan my daily activities. it felt awkward that I had to seek out the hosts for breakfast options instead of them being offered upfront.

The owners were so warm and welcoming, it felt like being at home. Had the most amazing brekkie with eggs benedict and fresh Nespresso. The view of Benbulbin from my room was just epic, made the stay super special!

I had a nice experience with my partner. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the hosts, Eavan and Guido, with a good cup of tea and cake, setting the tone for a relaxing escape.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but for what you get, it was acceptable.

Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, the breakfast was enhanced by the wonderful coffee served each morning and the inviting atmosphere created by the spacious garden area outside, perfect for enjoying a morning stroll.

Parking was also a challenge, making arrivals less convenient.

after spending time in town, i found down yonder to be a delightful surprise. the beautiful decor and spacious bedroom with stunning views made my stay truly memorable. sipping tea and enjoying cake while relaxing in the lounge made this trip exceptional.

my stay was made even more enjoyable by the friendly hosts and the delicious breakfast, and being just a short walk from beautiful Rosses Point Beach allows for lovely strolls and scenic views every day.

Nice place with its free Wi-Fi, lovely breakfast, and tv. During my first stay, the staff provided great local info, which I still appreciate. Highly recommend it for a cozy retreat!
